this month is all about the wisdom of your Soul

This month’s Soul Workshop connects you to the SPIRIT OF YOUR INNER WISDOM so you can script your SOUL MAP. You will travel to your personal Soul Sanctuary and connect to your core values to liberate your full potential. The darkness and silence of winter is a time to gather ourselves and germinate creative ideas for the rebirth in Spring. There is a wise place within our souls where we are limitless. In this workshop we will journey there and liberate ourselves from any limiting beliefs that may hold us back from stepping into our full potential.

You will connect to a sense of serenity & safety & trust - the foundation of any relationship, particularly our relationship with ourselves. Ultimately the journey we take will guide us back into wholeness in December - on your journey you will develop self-trust. Trust starts with a sense of feeling safe in your body-mind-feelings.

FEBRUARY - ISLAND OF LOVE
this month is all about Self-Love and Self-Care

Travel to the lush shores of the tropical Island of Koopolu, the white powder sand beaches surrounded by a pink ocean of love & sensuality, kindness and calm. From here we will explore our creativity and write from the heart our soul’s deepest desires. You will learn to write from your intuition, unleash your creativity, connect to your soul voice and express your soul's deepest creative calling. MAY - LAND OF RAINBOW LIGHT
this month is all about Play & Fooling around

Play is essential to creativity. Travel to the Land of Rainbow Light where you will luxuriate in the energy of rainbow light and harness the power it holds to transform us into powerful creators and writers. The Land of Rainbow light is where the main character of one of my novels (Sophia’s Tale) comes from - a land of magic and healing.

JUNE - MIDSUMMER FIRE CEREMONY
this month is all about releasing old stories that block you and making powerful new stories

Dance around the fire and join the sacred circle around the storytelling fire. Release the stories that hold you back, throw your limiting beliefs into the sacred fire to be transformed into starlight and reach up, choose a star, hold it to your heart and write a new story - full of the wonder, flavours and joys your heart deserves.

this month is all about manifesting & fulfilment

Travel beyond time to the ANCIENT LIBRARY OF THE ALCHEMISTS and visit the City of Oracles to ask how you can manifest your deepest desire and experience deep fulfilment in your life. Alchemy is the art of transformation. The transformation of lead into gold has been used as an allegory to describe the transformational process of turning spirit into matter. It is a lifelong process and all on the soul journey through life are challenged to turn lead into gold - to discover the golden nugget within them. The process requires us to face what is blocking our path.

In this transformational workshop you will step into the new story of your creative vision and experience the manifestation of turning lead into gold, blocks into manifestation, darkness into light, to support your journey to manifesting your creative vision.

AUGUST - OCEAN SOUL DIVING
this month is all about swimming & dolphins

Dive into the depths of the ocean and swim to the ancient City of Atlantis to discover your soul treasures. This ancient city was cursed by a shadow and misuse of dark magic that meant it had to fall. The High Priests and High Priestesses of Atlantis were starseeds, alien races who came to Earth to teach - and to learn from humans how to connect their hearts to their infinite wisdom, so compassion and empathy could allow love to flow. Some forgot their mission and turned to dark magic and fear consumed them. Some survived by transforming from starseeds into dolphins, mermaids and humans. It is said the High Priestesses took their knowledge to Egypt.

In the rubble of destruction as we learn lessons on our soul journey through life are hidden gems of wisdom, which like the Atlantans, we can salvage, harness and use to nourish our souls and serve others. Take a trek across the Western Desert to the Yellow Mountains of the Ancient Gnostic Hermits, meet Sophia, Goddess of Wisdom, and discover the gems that your soul carries. Write your journey on the page with ease and grace. Sophia (wisdom in Ancient Greek) was banished from the Bible in the 4th century AD and condemned as heretical. The silencing of her voice was an archetypal silencing of the feminine. Open your voice and give permission for your soul to speak, your heart to let the love flow into your pen and your words to dance across the page. 

OCTOBER - Forgotten Fountain of Healing
this month is all about healing the heart

We visit the snowy ice lakes of the Arctic Circle, take sledges deep into winter forests of pine trees and connect to the Wild, Wise Woman Within us all. Her intuitive powers guide you on your soul journey to rediscover the voice of your authentic self, the self which has been oppressed, repressed or suppressed - releasing and allowing and gathering her power to guide your life and liberate your soul and your pen.

DECEMBER - LABYRINTH JOURNEY
this month is all about stepping into Wholeness

Follow the ancient spiral path of the Labyrinth into the centre of your Self to gather the fragmented aspects of your soul and step into wholeness. Then anchor and integrate your inner experience by writing about your soul journey in Eye of the Labyrinth in your notebook. Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship in your life. Wholeness, from the the Nordic word which means heal, is your birthright. This month you will reclaim what was always yours: the wholeness of your soul - and its connection to the infinite magic of being.

You have come full circle back to the wholeness of your Self.

The journey of getting to know yourself is infinite. It is a spiral journey,
like the Labyrinth and every year, as we revisit the locations,
month by month, we go deeper into ourselves,
uncovering the secrets we hold within and reimagining ourselves.
