Monthly Workshops are designed by Dr Sarah to support you to become grounded, joyful, abundant, and aligned to your unique creativity - so you can live a soulful life of purpose and fulfilment and get your writing flowing. We use writing as a way to connect us to our imaginations and reconnect to ourselves.
