This month’s Soul Workshop connects you to the SPIRIT OF YOUR INNER WISDOM so you can script your SOUL MAP.
You will travel to your personal Soul Sanctuary and connect to your core values to liberate your full potential.
The darkness and silence of winter is a time to gather ourselves and germinate creative ideas for the rebirth in Spring. There is a wise place within our souls where we are limitless. In this workshop we will journey there and liberate ourselves from any limiting beliefs that may hold us back from stepping into our full potential
Monthly Workshops are designed by Dr Sarah to support you to become grounded, joyful, connected to your authentic voice and aligned to your unique creativity - so you can live a soulful life of purpose and fulfilment and get your writing flowing. We use writing as a way to connect us to our imaginations and reconnect to ourselves.
