Labyrinths come in different shapes. All of them have one entry and one exit, so it is impossible to get lost. However, sometimes people feel lost in the Labyrinth. This is ok and if a sense of lostness arises, allow yourself to rest into that and just follow Sarah’s voice and breathe. We all feel lost at times and unless we are lost we cannot be found. The Labyrinth is often the exact path we need to walk when we feel lost. Sarah encourages you to trust the Labyrinth. It is a powerful path to find ourselves and there is only one destination: home. Home is our centre and the Eye of the Labyrinth is a symbol of our true home: the centre of ourself. The Labyrinth is a symbol of the Celtic culture, but labyrinths are found all over the world. Sarah’s logo, the 3 spirals (a symbol of the divine feminine) is a form of the labyrinth also. One of the early Labyrinth myths comes from Greek mythology. Sarah is a student of the Classics and researched Ancient Greek culture as part of her PhD.
