Monthly Workshops are designed by Dr Sarah to support you to become grounded, joyful, abundant, and aligned to your unique creativity - so you can live a soulful life of purpose and fulfilment and get your writing flowing. We use writing as a way to connect us to our imaginations and reconnect to ourselves. Soul Writing Workshops are one part of the Soul Writer Membership an annual membership and VIP community to support women’s voices. It is not a recording of the in-person workshop. It is tailored for online, so you can write and meditate in your own space, at your own pace.
