The Journey through menopause is a path of personal growth that is unique for every woman. Although there are some signs we can recognise that are common to many women, the way we respond to the change is different and very personal to every woman. It depends on your life journey to this point, and the tools you have developed on the way.
The Wise Wild Woman archetype can help you to navigate your personal path. It is personal because you are unique. It is at this sizzling, vital, powerful phase in our lives that we can really step into our who we have been working towards becoming all our life.

We will navigate this journey together with your Wise Wild Woman:

I suggest you allocate 90 minutes for each module on the course for the meditations and writing. You can do it in small chunks and in your own time at your own pace. Ideally give yourself a minimum of 5 weeks to10 weeks to complete the course. I don’t recommend you try to complete more than one module each week as the course requires space. And there is suggested daily meditation and writing practice to build up and allow for change to happen. Conversely, it’s best not to leave too long between modules as each builds on the one before.
Some people will write more than others for the Soul Writing Meditation exercises at the end of each module. Everyone is different, and everyone expresses themselves in unique ways. Some of you may spend 2 hours per module writing and drawing. Overall, 8 to12 hours should be enough time to complete the whole course content.
However, as this is a transformational journey it is about building small incremental practices into your life, and noticing yourself in the world and the subtle connections you are making to your environment, watching for the synchronicities which often arise - the coincidences and signs that you are on the right on the path. So the content works best if you create space around it. I recommend you allocate a minimum of 5 weeks to complete the course. Creating time for daily meditation and writing practice will also deepen your journey. The meditation exercises are designed to be repeated throughout the course, and beyond if you wish. Once you have created your Safe Creative Soul Sanctuary, you return here again and again to connect back into yourself and gather wisdom and awareness.
I encourage you to build the practice of writing into your life during and beyond the course, by allocating an optional 20 minutes a day in addition to writing your reflections, synchronicities, anything you notice in your inner and everyday world as you move through the course, as well as your descriptions of your Soul Writing Meditation journeys.
Overall the course includes TOTAL VIDEO HOURS of 3 hours of recorded video and audio. The meditation videos are longer than the lesson videos. You can check the length of the video in the timestamp at the beginning of each video so you know how much time to allocate per lesson.
