Take time for you as part of your self-care and enhance your wellbeing. Reconnecting with yourself through meditation and anchoring your reality in writing regularly leads to a more regulated emotional state and is fun.

Dr Sarah Walton’s guided meditations are designed to improve your confidence and calm your nervous system. We use the breath to transport you into the rich, fertile world of your imagination. Sarah is a qualified transpersonal counsellor as well as a writing coach and workshops are safe, held spaces where you can relax, unwind and rest deeply into yourself.

Monthly 60 minute community workshops

  • We meet monthly on Zoom monthly every 3rd Monday @7pm GMT

  • You will meditate

  • Connect to your body

  • Write from your intuition

  • Bring your favourite pen, notebook

  • Find somewhere private where you will not be disturbed and wear comfortable clothes.

Annual - £120

– Runs for 12 month from the point you sign up
– Option to renew from April 2027
– Saving of £180 (equivalent to 7 free workshops). Works out at £10 per/session

Drop-in - £25

– Welcome to join for single sessions
– Switch to Annual subscription anytime
– Bring notebook and pen
– Ensure you have privacy and wear comfortable clothes

A Safe Space for All

– We have cameras on, unless medical reasons apply
- You may wish to switch off your camera just for the recording of the meditation (not all sessions will require a recording if everyone is present)
- This is an inclusive space and supports neurodiversity
